Welcome to CinemediaAI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CinemediaAI provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate video content. Users can purchase "Scene Credits" which are consumed to generate scripts and/or video assets (images and voiceovers). The final output is a downloadable video file.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the core features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Purchases and Payments

3.1. Scene Credits

The Service operates on a "Scene Credit" system. Credits are purchased in packs and do not expire. One credit is consumed for generating a full script, and one credit is consumed for each scene for which you generate assets (image and voiceover).

3.2. Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our servers. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. The Service

We own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the CinemediaAI Service, including its software, branding, and design.

4.2. User-Generated Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the initial scripts and prompts you provide ("Input Content"). By using the Service, you grant CinemediaAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and reproduce your Input Content solely for the purpose of generating the final video output for you.

4.3. Final Video Output

You own the final video file created by the Service. You are granted a perpetual, worldwide, unlimited, and royalty-free license to use the AI-generated images and audio contained within your final video for any personal or commercial purpose, subject to the terms of our AI service providers.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to create any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malicious code or viruses.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific requirements. The quality of AI-generated content can vary and may sometimes produce unexpected or inaccurate results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CinemediaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
