Cancellations & Refunds

Last updated: October 7, 2025

At CinemediaAI, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair policy regarding purchases. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Our No-Refund Policy

All purchases of "Scene Credits" are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

When you purchase Scene Credits, you are paying for consumable digital goods. Due to the immediate, automated nature of our service and the significant computational costs we incur from our third-party AI providers the moment you generate a script or video assets, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is made.

Scene Credit Consumption

Scene Credits are deducted from your account balance when you perform one of the following actions:

  • Generating a script via the AI script generator.
  • Generating the full set of assets (images and voiceovers) for your script.

Once a Scene Credit is used for any of these actions, the process is irreversible and the credit is permanently consumed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Technical Failure in Credit Fulfillment

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a verifiable technical failure where your payment was successfully processed by Razorpay, but the corresponding Scene Credits were not added to your account balance.

If you believe this has happened, please contact our support team immediately with your registered email address and the **Payment ID** from your Razorpay receipt. We will investigate the issue and, if a technical fault on our side is confirmed, we will manually credit your account with the purchased scenes.

AI Generation Failures

We have built-in systems to protect your credits. If an AI generation task fails after a credit has been deducted due to an error with our service or our AI providers, that credit will be **automatically refunded** to your account balance. You do not need to contact support for this; the system will handle it. A notification may be shown if such a refund occurs.

This automated refund applies only to generation failures, not dissatisfaction with the AI-generated output.
